Worldwide shipping vintage items

In accordance with our 14-day return policy, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason and without incurring any penalties, apart from return-shipping costs.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, complete and in the original packaging, together with all accessories.

To start the return process, please contact us at contact@12juin.com, quoting the item(s) you wish to return. Once the return is approved and the goods are received in good condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days at the latest. Return-shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is ours.
